Santa Fe Style Sopapillas

We have created a menu in observance of Cinco de Mayo! It begins with a creamy (and mild) chicken enchilada, made with flour tortillas
and both cheddar and cream cheeses.

The southwest salad has cilantro mixed with corn and black beans topped with fresh tomatoes. Our sopapillas are prepared with a topping of cinnamon and sugar, the right ending to our festive special!
